With your good performance, the company would like to adjust your salary to S$XXXX.XX with effect from January 2006.
The company will pay out your new adjusted salary in April 2006 and make up for the difference from January - March in the same month as well.

My DGM told me that normally they only up the staff's $ when he/she is in the company for more than a year but I'm only there like.. hMm.... half a year?
